| 9.1 Should you wish to cancel an order, please call us on the contact
details above so we can deal with your cancellation as quickly as
possible. Corioliss is happy to provide a cancellation policy within 7
days from delivery of the goods for a full credit or refund less any
applicable delivery costs providing:
A) The goods must be unused and 'as new' in their original packaging
including all manuals and accessories and the packaging must be in
pristine condition
B) Any items with broken security seals or have been unpacked from their
original packaging will be deemed "used" and will not qualify for a
refund or credit.
C) You must notify us within 7 days from date of delivery of your
intention to return the goods IN WRITING (including by email). We will
acknowledge this by email and your goods must be received by us within
14 days of this acknowledgment. During this period it is your
responsibility to return the goods to us using the freepost address as
above(UK ONLY). If goods are received back with missing or used
consumables or accessories, the cost of the accessories will be charged
to you or we may reject the return entirely.

However, should you need to return your item, we endeavour to deal with your issue as quickly as possible. All of Corioliss electrical products are guaranteed for 1 year with a valid receipt. Should you experience any problems with your item within this period, we will be happy to repair or replace your item on receipt with a legitimate proof of purchase. Simply post your item back to us at the above address along with your receipt and a brief covering letter explaining the problem you are experiencing together with all of your contact details and return address. Once we have received your item we will endeavour to deal with your issue as quickly and efficiently as possible, however in busier periods, please allow up to 14 working days for repair or replacement..

| 11.1 If, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to accept return of goods in their original packaging, if in perfect resalable condition. Products purchased from the website will be refunded in full on receipt of unopened and unused items, along with a valid proof of purchase within 14 days.
· If you experience problems with your product within 28 days of purchase from our website, Corioliss will be happy to repair or replace your item on production of a valid receipt. Simply return the item back to us as per the within warranty section, informing us you would like a refund and one of our customer service team will contact once the item has been received.
